LILY ALLEN'S sophomore CD cover for, "IT'S NOT ME, IT'S YOU", was unveiled today, and we're kind of on the fence about it. We do admire it not being dramatically photoshopped and overly done, but truthfully, it is a bit boring compared to "ALRIGHT, STILL." However, from what we have heard from the upcoming album, we are impressed with her new sound and are looking forward to her CD release and tour dates in 2009.
